Manufacturing Facilities



Use of herbal medicine is the oldest form of health care known to mankind. Ayurveda is a life science dealing with treatment as well as enhancing the overall well being of an individual. Standard procedures are followed for the manufacturing of the following products to produce utmost quality products.

PRODUCTION A : TABLETS AND CAPSULES SECTION


Granulation is the process of enlarging powdered particles using the agglomeration technique. This is an important operation in manufacturing pharmaceutical products, Ayurvedic herbal tablets, capsules and protein powder formulations. The process involves conversion of the fine powders to free flowing, dust free granules that are easy to compress.
This section is equipped with semi automatic capsule filling and polishing machine, tablet compression machine of Cadmach and Cip, a bi-layered compression machine of Cadmach, along with other allied equipments. This highly equipped section is capable of production of exquisite range of oral tablets and capsules of various shapes, sizes and colours.

PRODUCTION B : LIQUID ORAL FORM


Liquid ayurvedic products includes a variety of liquid syrups. A whole range of equipments and machines are available at the manufacturing unit which include automatic bottle washing, bottle filling machine, automatic sealing and labelling machine .

PRODUCTION C : OINTMENT, CREAM and OILS SECTION


There is a whole range of ointment making machines including the gel manufacturing plants and ayurvedic cosmetics filling machines that are designed to comply with the GMP standard. The ointment, ayurvedic gels and oils plants comply with safety features such as overload protection system, heat extraction provisions, emergency switch off systems. All parts are made with high quality materials to withstand heavy workloads.

PRODUCTION D : POWDER SECTION


The powder section of the unit includes the Powder blender, filling line for Powder blending, mixing, powder auger filling line for bottles. The company offers high quality products in line with their ethical business policy. There are many different powder manufacturing and filling machines for ayurvedic medicine production in store for all your needs.
